Sharing of Aluminum Square Tong Construction Technology

Process Description:

① Install Φ8 fully threaded hanger rods fixed by Φ8 expansion bolts with spacing ≤1200mm and length less than 1500mm;

② Install light steel keel base, load-bearing keel at 900mm centers;

③ Install special clip-type keels for aluminum square tubes;

Analysis of Common Quality Defects:

① During light steel keel ceiling installation, positions of main keels shall be predetermined to avoid overhead equipment. Hanger bars, cable trays and keels are strictly prohibited to contact or share supports with other equipment and brackets;

② Optimize comprehensive layout points through detailed design to prevent coincidence between installation points and aluminum square tubes;

③ When extending length, inner sleeves shall be lined inside to prevent dislocation and unevenness at joints;

④ Limit positions shall be strictly controlled to ensure straight alignment of aluminum square tube surfaces;
