Working Conditions
(1) Installation and commissioning of all equipment and pipelines such as air conditioning, fire protection and communication inside ceiling shall be completed.
(2) Wall wet works must be finished before ceiling panel installation. Special attention shall be paid to wall leveling before perimeter keel installation.
(3) Comprehensive ceiling drawing and construction detail drawing shall be prepared in advance to confirm positions and sizes of equipment openings.
(4) Working platform or movable scaffolding for construction shall be ready.
(5) A sample room or sample section shall be constructed prior to large-area aluminum ceiling construction. Structural treatment of ceiling camber, light troughs, air outlets and windows, panel division and fixing methods shall be trial-assembled and inspected qualified before mass construction.

Construction Procedure

Key Operation Points
1
Line Marking
Determine the 1000mm horizontal line according to design and site conditions. Mark ceiling elevation line and keel spacing lines on walls, and mark hanger fixing lines on slab.
2
Install Hanger Rods
After marking ceiling elevation and keel lines, confirm elevation of rod bottom and install φ8 fully threaded round steel hangers. Connect the non-threaded end with hangers in accordance with main keel layout and spacing. Hangers shall be fixed to floor slab directly via expansion bolts.
3
Install Main Keels
U-type CB38 light steel main keels shall be installed parallel to room length with spacing of 900~1200mm and maximum distance ≤300mm to walls. Attach hangers onto main keels and tighten screws. Adjacent main keel connectors shall face opposite directions. Strictly control elevation of each keel according to ceiling shape dimensions, and check flatness with string line at all times.
4
Install Perimeter Keels
Fix 25×25 coated perimeter keels on surrounding walls with steel nails at spacing ≤300mm as per finished ceiling height and elevation control lines. Wall surfaces shall be leveled with putty before perimeter keel installation.
5
Install Cross Keels
Install T-shaped cross keels suspended on main keels according to aluminum panel sizes. Where cross keels need extension, use connectors to join ends while hanging. Align vertical & horizontal elevations with string lines and fix after straightening.
6
Mount Aluminum Panels
Draw a reference line perpendicular to cross keels at the center of installation area, then install panels towards both sides after alignment. Push panels gently along flanges, fully clip both sides into keels and lock firmly.
7
Cleaning
After aluminum panel installation, wipe all panel surfaces completely free of dirt and fingerprints with cloth.

3. Finished Product Protection
(1) Decorative panels shall be stored in warehouse with flat floor, clean, ventilated and dry environment. Timber sleepers shall be laid underneath. Contact with acids, alkalis and salts is strictly prohibited. Keep away from heat sources to prevent thermal deformation.
(2) Avoid damaging or scratching surface protective film during installation. Wear gloves and insert panels gently into keel grooves.
(3) Unauthorized dismantling by non-professional workers is forbidden after installation completion. Prevent collision onto ceiling during other specialty construction.
(4) Enclose the room upon construction completion. Assign dedicated watchmen if further construction is required.
(5) Equipment and pipelines shall not contact ceiling hangers.
