1. The first step is to snap the lines. Based on the height of the floors, snap horizontal lines along the perimeter of the ceiling and find the center point of the room. Then, mark the position lines for the joist installation on the wall.
2. Install the main joist hanger rods. After snapping the horizontal lines and joist lines, now use expansion bolts to fix the hanger rods to the ceiling.
3. After securing the hanger rods, it's time to install the main joist. The material for the main joist is usually light steel joist, and the spacing between them should be between 1200mm. Pay attention to the connection between the hanger rods during installation.
4. After installing the main joist, it's time to install the side joists. Fix the painted joists around the walls with cement nails, ensuring that the distance between cement nails is no more than 300mm.
5. Install the secondary joists. According to the specifications of the aluminum buckle plates, install the matching secondary joists. The secondary joists are hung on the main joist through hanging pieces, and attention should be paid to the connection between the connecting pieces.
6. Install the metal plates. When installing the aluminum buckle plates, draw a reference line perpendicular to the direction of the secondary joist at the middle position for alignment installation. Be careful when installing.
7. After the aluminum buckle plates are installed, clean up the site and clean the aluminum buckle plates.
8. Conduct acceptance inspection and make records.
